BREAKING || BLOOMBERG WHISTLEBLOWER FILES COMING! With the recent developments in King's Bench at the Royal High Courts of Justice in London, I am soon publishing series of exposes on my 6-year long whistleblowing on tort, breach of human rights and data privacy in Bloomberg. For the first time, the files brought to the public view will expose corporate fraud that is, selling premium Bloomberg Professional Services that underperform compared to the advertised specifications I will publish an expose on the breach of my human rights when I reported the above tort to the Bloomberg management. This includes employing a non-US individuals to attempt to bribe my silence to prevent the reporting to the UK FCA regulator. I will reveal cover-up of Bloomberg news and data manipulation, including flawed dividend forecasting, lower real life significance of Bloomberg's "fair dividend futures value" and implied option valuations, especially in the implied volatility surface. This impairs trading in Delta-1 and some other proprietary strategies for which customers pay premium for using the Bloomberg terminal. In one instance, while using Bloomberg's MARS, an erroneous unwinding of an option position caused by fallacies in the "wrong" dividend attribution to the relevant option, amplified by an unadvertised "non-real time" mark-to-market updating cost the client a paper loss of up to $100,000. https://lnkd.in/eP-tEUjy

I reported to Financial Conduct Authority instances of fraud, data manipulation and criminal conduct in Bloomberg news, data, security and cover-up of flawed Bloomberg Dividend Forecasting and dividend futures price evaluation on Eurex and Euronext, [BDVD]. On September 13, 2023 I filed a $5.2 million lawsuit against Bloomberg LP and 9 of their employees in London, New York and Princeton with the King's Bench at the Royal High Courts. I became the victim of a massive harassment attack on me and received five death threats to stop my whistleblowing reporting on a crypto shop that allegedly withheld clients' money. As I said, I was investigating a tip about a crypto shop that was allegedly withholding clients' money. Through LinkedIn I connected to an associate with that company. I asked for an interview with her to question her about the company and her time in other related companies. I was shocked about what happened next. The said crypto shop associate called on her friends who harassed people like me on Twitter for living; for she was a member of a nationalistic hate group NAFO [North Atlantic Fellas Association] with hatred towards a Russian people. They were an online bullying militia. And used their militia power to attack me to end it all. I publicly asked her to stop and instead agree for an interview on 29 June 2023. It did not follow well with her. She intensified her online bullying and called for a two-week long discreditation and harassment campaign against me. The hate group NAFO posted photoshopped screenshots of my profile reading I was "a paedophile," posts claiming I was a "Russian Nazi, War Criminal," memes, altered pictures of myself, my little puppy, and my wife. Tons of memes about me flooded my X [ex Twitter] feed. The culmination stroke suddenly. One day the massive attack with thousands of online threats and five death threats landed in my https://lnkd.in/epqMeruG feed. The perpetrators demanded stop my reporting and called to "dox" me. This was the time when I understood they would not stop at anything to harm or even kill me.
